Criteria (Requirements) Matric certificate (Grade 12) Recognised spa/beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent) Minimum 23 years hands-on experience in facials, massages, and body treatments (non-negotiable) Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment (advantageous) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, well-groomed, and naturally guest-focused Must hold a valid South African ID Key Competencies 🔹 Guest-Centric Service Passionate about creating memorable, personalised spa experiences 🔹 Professional Expertise Skilled in delivering a wide range of treatments to the highest standard 🔹 Sales Confidence Comfortable recommending and upselling treatments and retail products 🔹 Attention to Detail Maintains immaculate treatment rooms and hygiene protocols 🔹 Adaptability Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced seasonal hotel environment Duties & Responsibilities Perform professional facials tailored to guest needs using luxury products Deliver a variety of massage therapies (relaxation, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.) Provide scrubs, wraps, and body treatments in line with spa standards Conduct thorough guest consultations , recommend treatments, and personalise care Promote and upsell spa products and additional treatments Maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, order, and hygiene compliance Follow spa opening and closing procedures with precision Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service at all times Contract Details Duration: 3 months (November 2025 January 2026) Availability: Full availability required across the festive season Only qualified spa therapists with hands-on treatment experience will be shortlisted Recruitment is conducted in line with the companys Employment Equity Plan About The President Hotel The President Hotel is on a journey to redefine luxury .
