About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Trails Guide to join our professional multi-lodge team at a leading Luxury 5-Star Safari Lodge in Madikwe Game Reserve, North West Province. As a live-in role, this position is ideal for a safety-focused, knowledgeable guide with a passion for conservation, storytelling, and providing guests with unforgettable walking and wildlife encounters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead guided walks and provide educational bush experiences to guests
- Develop and deliver engaging storytelling sessions on local flora, fauna, and conservation principles
- Maintain a professional, confident, and safety-driven approach to guiding
- Collaborate with the guiding team across multiple lodges to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Relevant Trails Guide qualifications up to date
- Minimum 4 years’ experience at luxury 5★ lodges
- Excellent knowledge of local flora, fauna & conservation principles
- Strong guest-interaction and storytelling skills
