About the Role

As a Travel and Educational Experiences Sales Specialist at GVI, you will play a crucial role in connecting individuals with purpose-driven travel, volunteering, and professional development experiences that change lives. With a strong track record in sales, you will use your skills to convert qualified inbound leads into sales, while also contributing to the growth of our global impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Converting qualified inbound leads through consultative, high-value conversations
  • Managing your sales pipeline with precision using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Hosting one-on-one consultations and group sessions to inspire potential participants
  • Building authentic relationships with prospects and alumni to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Delivering against ambitious targets while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
  • Contributing insights to continuously improve sales strategy and performance
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise conversion opportunities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • A natural hunter motivated, persistent, and energised by closing deals
  • Skilled communicator across phone, email, and live chat able to connect quickly and persuasively
  • Organised; proactive, and driven by measurable results
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and digital tools
  • Resilient and adaptable ; thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
