Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Experience in mechanical turnaround planning.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Familiarity with turnaround safety protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate mechanical turnaround activities.
- Ensure resources are available for scheduled tasks.
- Monitor field operations for adherence to plans.
- Address issues during turnaround processes.
- Maintain records of turnaround schedules and outcomes.
