Job Summary
THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE We are looking for a detail-oriented person with a passion for the motor industry. Our client is part of a growing group with a reputation for excellence, and they are looking for someone to help streamline the vehicle preparation process from initial assessment to final quality checks. You will be required to coordinate with technicians, service managers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs, detailing, and ensuring the vehicles are showroom ready. You will also need good administrative skills to track all related documentation, costs, and workflow using dealership management systems. And finally, you need to be flexible, with a “can do” attitude. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A Valid Drivers License Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning in a large volume motor dealership, is essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using dealership management software or similar systems.
