About the Role

Our client, a multidisciplinary construction company, is seeking an experienced Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Manage and negotiate subcontracts with suppliers and contractors
  • Prepare and submit tender documents for projects
  • Track materials, resources, and site production against projected project requirements
  • Perform site assessments
  • Assisted the Senior Quantity Surveyor with valuation claims, cost assessments, and other QS-related tasks

Requirements

Minimum 1 year in construction, bulk earthworks experience required.

Qualifications

BSc Quantity Surveyor qualification.
