About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our 5-star hospitality team on a live-in basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, have in-depth knowledge of food and beverages, and be able to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a timely and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent wine and beverage recommendations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area
- Work collaboratively with other members of the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wine and cocktails
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hospitality setting is highly desirable
