Job Summary
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in understanding, designing, and implementing business processes using proven frameworks and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Degree (BCom, BSc, or related field)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic business environment
- Solid understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies (BABOK, Agile, etc.), and tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
What You’ll Do:
- Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers
- Document and present detailed business requirements
- Support project delivery through the full project lifecycle
