About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant Degree (BCom, BSc, or related field)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic business environment
• Solid understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies (BABOK, Agile, etc.), and tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications

What You’ll Do:

• Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers
• Document and present detailed business requirements
• Support project delivery through the full project lifecycle
