Job Summary
Lethukuthula Development Projects, a well-established building construction company in the Northern Suburb of Johannesburg, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Building QS/Civil Engineering Estimator who can join their team in the Sandton Office as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Provide tender work estimates Subcontractor appointments Monthly valuations including measuring of work done Subcontractor monthly payment certificates Monthly cost reports, Liaising with client QS regularly Working closely with Administrators, Procurement Officers, Contracts Managers and Site Managers
Requirements:
BTech in Quantity Surveying and registered with the Quantity Surveying Body Ability to estimate civil engineering activities highly essential Over 5 years experience working on civil engineering related work, commercial and residential buildings projects Solid proficiency in MS Office and its applications Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work well under pressure Own reliable transport
