Job Description

Diploma in Administration or management Assistant an advantage. Experience with statutory, corporate governance and internal policy/governance with respect to all company incorporated legal entities. Oversee Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance with Annual Financial Statements (IFRS for SMEs) Management accounts Strong Admin skills Background in matching the responsibilitiesKEY AREAS: Diploma in Administration or management Assistant an advantage.
