Job Summary

BCom Acc; MS Office; 3+ yrs exp inventory cntl/mngt systems/Cost Accountant in food/FMCG production /packing factory. Ass.depts annual budgets/forecasts/track/cntl daily costs/report monthly expenses vs budgets/ass.d epts monthly reports/ variances. Ensure records of product movement/production accurate/ record/analyse actual results for value drivers/RCA/agree on action/compile value driver report/follow up daily. Attend Buying/Dispatch meetings/liaise inbound schedule with RM deliveries/order changes/CI stock mngt systems/Production/Buying record stock movement accurately/follow-up on receipts/clear issues/ ass. perpetual stock counts/consumable usage/costs/ RM stock profiles/daily report shortfalls/surplus/critical areas/discrepancies/reconcile monthly stock takes. Compare grading docs to specs/mngt discrepancies/verify equip. as per calibration SOP/certificates on file.Ensure compliance traceability SOP/mngt (NCR) issues as arise. Ensure site walk admin.done/attend opening/closing/sites walk/record findings/ minutes/job cards/ enquiries/spillage declaration/ minutes/action list within 3 days for sign off to Manager/report to H.O..
