What youll be doing:

? Prepping ingredients and supporting the chefs with daily kitchen tasks

? Assisting with deliveries and ensuring stock rotation is up to standard

? Creating dishes with care, quality, and consistency that delight guests

? Keeping on top of menu knowledge, specials, and promotions

Ensuring kitchens, utensils, and workstations are spotless and well maintained

Following procedures, service standards, safety and sanitation policies

What were looking for:

? Culinary Diploma/Certificate

?? 12 years experience as a Commis Chef in a 5-star restaurant (preferred)

? Flexibility to work within opening hours

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Detail-oriented, disciplined, and efficient

? Ability to cope under pressure and remain accountable
