What Youll Do: Lead the full operational execution of all events from planning to post-event wrap-up Oversee site setups, breakdowns, layouts, and logistics Work closely with Sales & Coordination teams for smooth event handovers Lead and motivate a high-performing events operations team Maintain exceptional standards across venues Act as the primary on-the-day client contact Manage budgets, costs, and supplier admin Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations ?
