About the Role
We are seeking an experienced External Field Sales Representative to join our team in Stellenbosch, responsible for driving business growth through strong relationships with contractors, developers, and construction firms in the Winelands region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with contractors, developers, and construction firms in Stellenbosch and the greater Winelands region.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities by actively canvassing construction sites, engaging with developers during planning phases, and expanding the customer base.
- Provide expert advice on paint systems, coatings, and building materials, ensuring clients select suitable products for specific project requirements and compliance standards.
- Prepare accurate quotations, assist with project pricing, and support clients during tender processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, manage pipeline forecasts, and submit regular activity and sales reports to management.

- Valid drivers licence
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong hunting ability required (new site acquisition and new account opening)
- CRM usage is mandatory
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
