About the Role

The Financial Manager plays a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the business. This role involves working closely with various departments to optimize processes, improve productivity, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and maintains key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of various operations.
Uses historical data and market insights to create accurate forecasts and assist with resource allocation and inventory management.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and automation opportunities.
Assists with budget preparation, variance analysis and financial modeling to ensure financial goals are met.
Prepares regular reports and dashboards for management and provides insights and actionable recommendations.
Identifies and evaluates potential risks and opportunities, and provides strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Involved in analyzing financial information from Business Proposals and investments. Including cash flow needs, profitability and risk exposure.

Requirements

Relevant experience with 3 years of experience will be considered favourably. A CIMA qualification is required.
