Hire Resolve`s client, a well-established Architectural firm in Stellenbosch, is currently seeking a Financial Manager to join their team. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for analysing daily financial activities, providing advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans, and ensuring the company`s financial health is maintained and improved.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create and implement strategies to optimise the company`s financial performance and reduce costs.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to upper management.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure proper allocation of funds.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure they are aligned with company goals.
• Manage accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Requirements

• Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Previous experience in Architecture/Interior Design
• Professional certifications such as CA, CIMA and SAICA
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present financial information to stakeholders.
