Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product master data
• Upload quality documentation and certificates to client/retailer portals
• Assist with LIMS data capturing, result linking, and reporting
• Support reconciliation of data between ERP, QMS, and portal systems
• Assist with change control and version documentation
• Generate or assist with routine compliance and KPI reports
• Participate in continuous improvement of data workflows

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric essential
• Tertiary qualification advantageous (Information Systems, Quality, Data, Food Tech etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and data management
