• Install and maintain electrical systems, control panels, and distribution components
• Troubleshoot and repair faults, ensuring minimal downtime
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Machine & Equipment Maintenance

• Perform scheduled maintenance on machines and equipment
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs efficiently
• Source and install spares in line with operational needs
• Maintain statutory registers and liaise with service providers

Building & Grounds Maintenance

• Maintain buildings and infrastructure to required standards
• Complete basic electrical and plumbing tasks as needed

? Quality & Compliance

• Adhere to quality management systems and GMP protocols
• Ensure equipment and workspace comply with safety standards

Health, Safety & Housekeeping

• Enforce safe working practices and compliance with health and safety policies
• Participate in HACCP and health & safety committee activities
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

 
Requirements:

• Trade Test Certificate – Electrician
• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems and maintenance
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Physically fit and able to work shifts and heights
• Available for standby duty (1 week in every 3)
• Good communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Understanding of HACCP and ISO systems is beneficial
