About the Role
Mayfly Agri is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our team in Stellenbosch. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities across the team and wider business. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating marketing activities across the team and wider business.
- Drafting, scheduling, and posting content on LinkedIn.
- Creating, updating, and reporting on marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
- Supporting the delivery of online and in-person events, including invitations, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Liaising with external suppliers such as designers and printers.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification or studies in Marketing, Communications or a related field will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications or administrative support role (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Basic working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for business use.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot).
