Job Description

An excellent opportunity exists for a Property Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring efficient cashflow management, and supporting the property accounting function within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update cashflow projections.
Provide support to other Property Accountants to ensure continuity in operations.
Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements:
Bookkeeping qualification essential.
Accounting degree advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Working knowledge of MDA system advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office applications.

Skills and Attributes:
Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
