Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Day Trader with a strong background in quantitative analysis and market monitoring to join our new trading team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in day trading, a keen ability to read the markets, follow news, and execute manual trades based on real-time insights and market sentiment.Requirements5-8 years of capital markets trading experience.Proven experience as a day trader in a professional setting, with a focus on manual execution.Strong understanding of quantitative trading and statistical analysis.Proficiency in interpreting market data, trends, and news.Knowledge of market mechanics, economic data releases, and global financial news.Solid understanding of risk management and the ability to make disciplined decisions.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot short-term opportunities in a fast-paced environment.Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.Experience with Python or other programming languages used for building and testing quantitative strategies.Familiarity with crypto trading platforms (e.g., Binance, Kraken, Bitfinex) and trade execution tools is a plus.Experience with crypto markets is a plus.Understanding of technical indicators and algorithmic trading.A proven track record of profitable trading performance.
