About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our new luxury destination restaurant in the heart of Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands. As part of a world-class culinary team led by a Michelin-starred chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence in a highly seasonal and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the F&B Operations Manager in running daily restaurant operations
- Lead service on the floor during high-volume and peak seasonal periods
- Deliver refined, personalised, and memorable guest experiences
- Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house teams
- Ensure seamless service flow between kitchen and service teams
- Assist with stock control, labour management, and operational efficiency
- Uphold luxury service standards aligned to the estate’s brand and guest experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environment
