Job Summary
Requirements:
– Matric; Culinary Diploma preferred. – Approximately 4 years of experience in a senior chef role. – Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in an Asian restaurant. – Strong knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques. – Own transport with a valid drivers license. – Ability to work both quickly and accurately. – Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Availability to work during opening hours, including evenings, public holidays, and weekends.
