Job Summary

Job requirements :

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years in sales, marketing, or engineering within the truck or motor/body application industry.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, and sales tools such as Truck Science; basic CAD knowledge is a plus.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels in a multicultural environment.
  • Results-driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible and willing to travel as needed.
  • CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Contract management
  • Technical Knowledge (Industry-specific)

 
Duties :
Business Development:

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities within the truck body applications and component sectors.

 
Sales Leadership:

  • Manage and execute sales plans that align with company revenue targets.
  • Take ownership of the tender submission process, ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and partners to maximize sales conversion and foster loyalty.

 
Aftersales & Warranty Management:

  • Oversee aftersales services to ensure timely and efficient support for customers, including warranty claims management in partnership with service providers.
  • Lead customer retention programs that enhance satisfaction and repeat business.

 
Marketing Coordination:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and market positioning.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of company marketing materials, including digital content, product specifications, and event participation.

 
Team & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and mentor a small team, coordinating efforts across production, engineering, finance, and sales to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a key liaison with dealers and customers, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
