About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Marketing Expert to join our team at Rovensa Next, where you will combine creative expression, science, marketing, and strategic communication to support the development and promotion of fertilizer and bio-control products.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Collateral Development: Use information from field trials and business cases to create marketing material technical content, in collaboration with regional and local teams. These materials include brochures, presentations, and playbooks for fertilizer and bio-control products.
- Regulatory & Labelling Coordination: Work closely with the Regulatory Department and marketing colleagues to develop compliant and effective product labels.
- Display Asset Management: Liaise with external suppliers and internal marketing teams to design and produce physical display assets for promotional use.
- Knowledge Gap Identification: Monitor and identify opportunities in the market (e.g. for product development) and communicate these to the Marketing and Product Development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Natural Sciences, Agronomy, Plant Nutrition, or a related field
- Proven experience in agricultural marketing, preferably with a focus on plant nutrition
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in agricultural product labelling will strengthen the application
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Attention to detail (proof reading is very important)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global and local teams
