Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Administrative support to a team of 360° recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle Handling high volumes of interactions with candidates and clients in a professional, confident manner Scheduling interviews and coordinating diaries Formatting CVs and preparing candidate documentation Writing and editing CV summaries and correspondence (excellent spelling and grammar essential) Managing recruitment system updates and general office administration Acting as a professional point of contact for candidates and clients Requirements: Fluent Afrikaans (spoken and written) essential Matric, tertiary studies preferred Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills Strong written English with impeccable spelling and grammar High energy levels and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced, target-driven team Well organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with multiple recruiters and priorities simultaneously Must live in Table View or the surrounding areas
