Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide insights to enhance revenue growth.
Addressing production issues, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating with production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Collaborating with logistics teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve the efficiency of the supply chain.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the General and Commercial Managers.
Supporting HR processes and resolving any HR-related issues that arise.
Serving as a liaison between the executives and various departments.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sales, or a related field.
An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in a managerial support or executive assistant role, preferably in a commercial, operations, or production environment.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and commercial operations.
Familiarity with ERP or project management software.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
Familiarity with production processes and issue resolution.
Experience with HR functions and employee management.
