About the Role
The Executive Support Specialist at Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) plays a vital role in supporting the sales and commercial teams by developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and providing insights to enhance revenue growth. This position also involves addressing production issues, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating with production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods/services. Additionally, the Executive Support Specialist collaborates with logistics teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve the efficiency of the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies
- Monitoring sales performance and providing insights to enhance revenue growth
- Addressing production issues and troubleshooting problems
- Coordinating with production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods/services
- Collaborating with logistics teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the General and Commercial Managers
- Supporting HR processes and resolving any HR-related issues that arise
- Serving as a liaison between the executives and various departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sales, or a related field
- MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial support or executive assistant role, preferably in a commercial, operations, or production environment
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and commercial operations
- Familiarity with ERP or project management software
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Familiarity with production processes and issue resolution
- Experience with HR functions and employee management
