About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Sell parts to repair defects and meet customer needs, ensuring first quotation is correct.
• Listen to customer explanations and have a clear understanding of part/component location.
• Show interest in personal development and willingness to learn about products, maintaining customer goodwill through greetings and acknowledgments.
• Personally manage work efficiency and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Record parts used on job cards and follow prescribed cash and credit processing procedures at the point of sale.
• Follow up on shortages and expedite reporting to the Parts Manager.
• Ensure correct items are picked first time and demonstrate interest in growing parts business.
• Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays and controlling showroom inventory for maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in all relevant training programs, sharing new knowledge with team as Team Lead.
• Take note of personal learning and self-development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a parts sales interpreter Team Lead.
• Experienced in all aspects of commercial vehicle parts and familiar with other OEMs.
