Key Focus Areas:</p><p>? Guest Experience Be a hands-on host, engage with guests daily, manage VIPs and media visits, and ensure a world-class safari experience.</p><p>? Operations Management Oversee all departments (F&B, housekeeping, guiding, guest relations, maintenance) to deliver flawless lodge operations.</p><p>? Staff Leadership Mentor, motivate, and develop your team, fostering a positive culture and driving service excellence.</p><p>? Finance & Stock Manage budgets, control costs, maintain supplier relationships, and oversee stock management.</p><p>? Compliance & Sustainability Uphold health, safety, and HACCP standards while supporting eco-conscious initiatives.</p><p>? Reporting & Communication Provide accurate updates, guest feedback reports, and operational insights to senior management.</p><p>? What youll need:</p><p>35 years senior management experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment</p><p>Strong leadership & people management skills</p><p>Guest-centric mindset with exceptional communication abilities</p><p>Excellent organisational & problem-solving skills</p><p>Solid knowledge of lodge operations & hospitality standards</p><p>Valid drivers licence & own transport</p><p>Proficiency in MS Office & property management systems</p><p>?
