If youre a wine enthusiast with a flair for guest interaction and service excellence, this could be your perfect pairing! Key Responsibilities: Oversee and elevate the lodges wine service programme Manage stock, ordering, rotation & accurate records Curate wine lists and pairings with the culinary team Host wine tastings & guide guests through wine experiences Train service staff on wine knowledge & service standards Maintain an organised, secure & world-class wine cellar Track sales & support beverage revenue goals ? Requirements: Experience in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining environment Strong knowledge of SA & international wines ? Relevant wine qualification (WSET / Cape Wine Academy highly advantageous) Confident host with excellent guest-facing skills Strong stock control & supplier management abilities Passion for training and mentoring service teams Willingness to live on-site in Thabazimbi ?
