Job Description

The Waiter/Butler will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs, and providing discreet, personalized hospitality that reflects the lodge’s world-class standards. This position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a guest-focused attitude, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable safari experience.

Core Criteria:

  • 3+ years of experience in 4/5 star hospitality environments
  • Strong communication skills and guest-focused attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards
  • Team player with a positive, service-oriented mindset
  • Good overall food and beverage knowledge with the ability to deliver high service standards
  • Must reside in the Hoedspruit/Acornhoek surrounding area
  • Sober habits and a professional, reliable approach to work
  • Valid driver’s licence preferred but not essential

This is a live-in position.
