About the Role
Sentinel Staffing Services is seeking an External Sales Representative to join our team as a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across the East Rand Region. As an External Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing clients, securing new business, and growing revenue within these accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Call on existing clients to review their security needs and provide solutions
- Secure new business from security service providers of Electronic Security Hardware, CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, Gate Automation & Electric Fencing
- Create a customer relationship management profile for each partner
- Develop an approach plan for each client, including call, email, and visit follow-ups
- Close deals through effective sales techniques
- Manage the delivery process for smaller deals
- Oversee opportunities and manage mini-PMs of smaller deals
- Identify opportunities within companies to grow revenue
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own vehicle (preference will be given)
- Minimum 5 Years B2B Electronics Sales Experience external, or electronic security industry experience
- N3 Diploma in electronics or a sales and marketing diploma (preference will be given)
