Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to promote and market their concepts and products to current and potential clients within a defined territory. The TSR will assess crop needs, conduct research and soil testing, provide tailored solutions, and establish long-term relationships with farmers. This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires both technical agricultural expertise and sales acumen. Key Responsibilities Meet with 34 farmers daily to introduce our client, identify their needs, conduct soil testing, recommend solutions, close sales, and provide follow-up. Plan and organize activities, segment the territory, and optimize the customer network to achieve management-set targets. Engage the client network through events, WhatsApp groups, and other channels to promote solutions. Develop and maintain a customer portfolio. Ensure accurate reporting through CRM updates and activity reports. Requirements B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent qualification Reside in the territory Existing network of potential clients Self-starter with a passion for Agri-Business and sales Eager to learn and thrive in a challenge-driven environment Practical Details Location: Based in the candidates territory Monthly Salary: R20,000 R25,000 Company Vehicle Uncapped Commissions Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team and contribute to shaping the future of agriculture while building lasting relationships with farmers and making a tangible impact in the industry.
