Job Summary

English speaking N.D./B.Tech./B.Sc.Food Sc/Biotech/ Micro; HACCP; FSSC 22 000 v6;FDA;EU Codex; export Global Gap; GLP; GMP;SIZA;ISO 17025;MS Office. Must have communication/problem solving skills/be self-driven/able to work in a team/give attention to detail/follow up/give feedback. 5 Years experience on fresh produce and analysis/ QC & QA/Food Safety ,i.e. implementation/training/ maintenance/ docs cntl/audits/ NC/RCA/CAPA during processing/packing of perishable products for local/export markets. Plan /train employees to raise awareness of standards & requirements/record courses done/cntl daily activities/discipline/ evaluate 4 Lab. Assistants & QC/70 factory staff indirectly on 3 shifts during season. Must implement/maintain effective compliance programs/FSSC 22000 v6/HACCP/conduct regular audits to identify potential risk areas/liaise suppliers/customers re requirements/ problems. Interpret/advise on regulatory requirements/internal policies /create/maintain docs & systems/monitor changes in laws/regulations/update company policies accordingly/ liaise with departmental heads to ensure compliance with regulations/internal policies. Report to G.M. Own transport. Eastern Cape country. a.s.a.p. G0303.
