Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team as an Umhlali: Front Office Sales Consultant, responsible for providing exceptional client service and supporting the sales process. As a key member of our front office team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling walk-in, email, and telephonic enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with clients (walk-in, email & telephonic enquiries)
- Prepare and follow up on quotes
- Design and digitize artwork using CorelDRAW
- Set up print-ready and cut-ready production files
- Ensure artwork accuracy before production
- Support production workflow coordination
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including CorelDRAW
- Basic knowledge of print production processes
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Formal education in Graphic Design or related field (e.g. N4, N5, Diploma, Degree)
- Relevant experience in graphic design and/or sales environment
