About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our luxury hotel team in Umhlanga. As the lead culinary expert, you will be responsible for overseeing all food production across various outlets, including restaurants, conferences, and room service. You will develop and cost menus, manage a team, and maintain exceptional food quality and sanitation standards.

Requirements
- Matric
- Professional Qualification in Culinary Arts
- 5 years previous Executive Chef experience in a 4/5* environment
- Ability to create and cost menus as well as recipes
- Hands-on Problem-Solving approach and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills
