Key Responsibilities: Check incoming orders via email and telephone Process orders and prepare for daily courier collections Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch Ensure same-day orders are processed accurately Manage supplier invoicing Monitor and maintain adequate warehouse stock levels Implement and maintain an efficient filing system (electronic and physical) Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must have own reliable transport Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently and take initiative Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Confident communicator with friendly telephone etiquette Customer service driven, with a proactive and helpful attitude If you are resourceful, reliable, and enjoy a role with variety, wed love to hear from you!
