Set KPIs for team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements through audits, corrective actions, and risk assessments. Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and lead ISO certification efforts. Oversee emergency preparedness, including drills, crisis management, and employee training. Implement safety behaviour programs and promote a culture of accountability and risk awareness. Liaise with insurers, legal advisers, and internal stakeholders on risk and compliance matters. Monitor occupational hygiene exposures and recommend continuous improvements. Requirements Bachelors degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or a related field. 58 years post-graduation experience in SHE, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and licensing processes. Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite). Experience in a manufacturing plant is essential .
