Salary: R10,000 R12,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-In

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an organised and professional Admin & Front of House Assistant for a luxury game lodge located in Welgevonden. This role requires a versatile individual who can support both administrative operations and guest-facing responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and reporting

• Supporting lodge management with operational tasks and communications

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless front of house experience

• Handling reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs

• Assisting with stock control and procurement processes

• Coordinating with various lodge departments to ensure efficient service delivery

• Maintaining professional lodge standards across all guest-facing areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative and/or front of house role within hospitality or lodge environment

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and lodge management systems (advantageous)

• Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a remote lodge setting

• Team player with a proactive attitude

Package & Benefits:

• Salary: R10,000 R12,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
