Front of House Assistant | Luxury Safari Lodge | Vaalwater Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and guest-focused Front of House Assistant for a luxury safari lodge based in Vaalwater. This role is ideal for a hospitality individual with a passion for guest service and front-office operations in a high-end lodge environment. Key Responsibilities · Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs · Provide warm, professional, and personalised guest service · Support front office administration and reservations · Handle guest enquiries and requests efficiently · Maintain accurate records and guest information · Assist with billing and payment processing · Ensure front-of-house areas are kept neat and presentable · Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements · Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a luxury lodge or hospitality environment · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong organisational and administrative abilities · Professional appearance and positive attitude · Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays · Computer literacy (PMS systems advantageous) · Strong attention to detail and guest-focused mindset Package · Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 DOE · Live-in accommodation provided · Meals while on duty To Apply To apply for this position, please submit your CV, contactable references, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to high application volumes, only candidates meeting the requirements will be contacted.
