MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR: VD Bijl Park.Strong Hydraulic background!Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Maintenance Strategies, Procedures.Plan and schedule equipment maintenance activities.Prepare Maintenance schedules.Identify maintenance requirements and coordinate with vendors to procure necessary equipment.Maintain accurate records of maintenance work.Conduct regular equipment inspections.Ensure that equipment is maintained according to industry standards and regulations.Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions.Manage and train a team of Maintenance Artisans to ensure that they are skilled and equipped to carry out maintenance task.Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.At least 5 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor of ArtisansGrade 12/ N3 Technical mechanical and electrical studies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize task effectively.Familiar with Maintenance Management software and systems.NB: send detailed cv in Word format, provide the actual time frames worked at the companies, stipulate salary at current and previous company worked at, reasons for leaving, notice period at current company and also a facial pic to put on your cv as per Clients request.
