Responsibilities:

Oversee the running of the workshop and its technicians and the repair hydraulic

equipment and administrative employees.

Book, strip, assess, and repair hydraulic units; assist walk-in customers and liaise with suppliers.

Help with offloading, collections, on-site fixes, and cover for colleagues.

Manage daily tasks, ensure smooth workflow, and resolve issues.

Supervise, train, and support technicians; enforce policies and assist in hiring.

Keep the workshop tidy and inspect lifting equipment regularly

Report to Sales Manager

Education:

National Senior Certificate (Non-Negotiable)

Experience:

5 years Hydraulic or power tool repair experience essential

Previous supervising experience essential

Skills & Knowledge:

Computer literate

Technically minded

Fast learner

Strong Communication skills

Remuneration Package:

Basic salary of 20K

(Phone/data allowance; Company car; Petrol card)
