Volksrust: Pulp Mill Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily pulp mill operations to achieve production and quality targets. Lead, guide, and develop a team of operators and shift personnel. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards. Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures. Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability. Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: National Diploma/Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in pulp/paper manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of pulp mill processes and production systems. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Computer literate (MS Office, production reporting systems). Willingness to work shifts and be on standby if required. How to apply:
