Job Introduction: Branch Officer (Senior / Management level) – Cape Town IZI South Africa, a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for Branch Officer in Vredendal. The Branch Officer would be assisting the Branch Manager by maintaining effective branch security and ensuring that standard security operating procedures are adhered to by all relevant staff The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which Security plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation Main Responsibilities: – Establishing security policies: Enforce policies to ensure the safety of assets and employees. – Managing security personnel – Ensuring compliance: Ensure adherence to security regulations and standards. – Investigating Incidents: Investigate theft, vandalism and other security breaches. – Communicating policies to employees, customers and suppliers about security procedures. – Emergency response: Handle security breaches and crises – Audits and assessments: Regularly audit and assess security procedures and systems. Skills: – Police, Investigating and military or 2 years in CIT field – Excellent computer skills – Acting professionally – Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) – Numerical skills – Analytically strong Requirements: – Grade 12 (Matric Certificate) – Driver Licence – PSIRA Grade B with CIT Certification – Firearm competency : Handgun, Shotgun – with business purposes – Clear credit and crim record – Not be registered as a director of any business Attach a full Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with clear copies of all relevant documents confirming the above requirements to your application.
