Warmbaths: Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a remote lodge location in Warmbaths. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with a proven track record of success in supervisory or management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service
• Supervise staff, including training and development, to ensure optimal performance
• Implement effective stock control systems, cost management strategies, and inventory management techniques
• Maintain accurate records and reports, using Point of Sale and other relevant software systems
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve overall efficiency

Requirements

• Matric Hospitality qualification (Certificate or Diploma)
• 3 Years experience in a food and beverage supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, stock control, cost management, and staff supervision
• Computer literacy essential, including Point of Sale, Stock control systems, and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Formal education/certifications: Matric Hospitality qualification (Certificate or Diploma)
