Job Summary
- Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen brigade to deliver consistent 5-star culinary experiences.
- Plan, design, and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and the latest trends.
- Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and sustainability.
- Oversee training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold health & safety standards and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in senior chef roles, including Head Chef or Executive Chef positions.
- Proven background in small to medium-sized luxury lodges, boutique hotels, or fine dining restaurants.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of international and local cuisine, menu design, and food trends.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and a track record of excellence in high-end hospitality environments.
