About the Role
This position involves assisting in the overseeing of plant maintenance operations, while maintaining high technical standards, food safety compliance, and operational efficiency. The role supports plant development initiatives and contributes to continuous improvement, scheduled maintenance execution, and effective team support, with future scope to take ownership of a maintenance department.

Requirements
- Solid technical background in electrical or mechanical maintenance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Trade qualification as an Electrician or Millwright
- Minimum of 7 years’ FMCG experience
- Strong food safety knowledge
- Experience supervising a maintenance team
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management Systems
Qualifications
- Completed Matric certificate
