Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management – Maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
2. MPC & Reporting – Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes; assist in management reporting and variance analysis.
3. Blockchain & Crypto Exposure – Support accounting processes related to Bitcoin and other crypto assets; learn and adapt to Web3 finance operations.
4. Process Improvement & Controls – Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and enforce strong financial discipline.
5. Collaboration – Work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education

• BCom Accounting / Finance

Experience

• Experience in MPC, financial reporting, or general accounting advantageous
• Exposure to IT or tech environments is a plus, but Web3 experience not required

Skills / Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MPC processes
• Advanced Excel / MS Office skills
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems advantageous
• Passion for IT, blockchain, and crypto technologies
