Analyze workshop data to identify trends in toy demand, elf efficiency, and cookie consumption

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Santa’s Magical Dashboard Suite)
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Experience working with large datasets (Naughty-and-Nice lists
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, candy-cane-fueled environment
