Requirements 

• A proven track record with 5 – 10 years sales growth experience in the packaging industry
• Proven experience in continuously deal with senior procurement staff at customer interface
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and QuickEasy is essential
• Knowledge of the retailer-branded packaging industry
• High level of numeracy with the ability to do forecasting and budgeting
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable presentable transport is essential.

Duties 

• Generating and growing new business from clients
• Analyze customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them.
• Doing market research and analysis and developing suitable sales strategies and plans.
• Meeting monthly and annual sales and profit targets.
• Handling both incoming and outgoing customer liaison.
• Dealing with all related administrative duties, such as reporting, forecasting, budgeting, estimating and the preparation of quotes.
• Dealing with internal liaison with various departments as and when required.
